About Calvenda
Calvenda provides structured property checks, Proof of Care Reports and a secure Owner Portal for premium second homes. Visible observations and property knowledge are documented over time.
Calvenda is designed for owners of premium second homes, chalets, lake houses, villas and other residential assets that are not occupied all the time.
Not in the traditional sense. Calvenda does not focus on rental bookings, guest communication or revenue optimization. It focuses on documented care for privately used second homes.
Services and Fit
Calvenda is not primarily designed for short-term rentals. Its core focus is privately used premium second homes where owners want structured care and documentation while away.
Watch provides documented monthly control. Protect adds deeper reporting, issue tracking, Property Memory, limited coordination and a quarterly Flex/Event Check.
The Assessment documents the property, access situation, current care setup and absence pattern before recurring checks begin. This helps create a clear and realistic scope.
Reports and Owner Portal
It is the structured report created after a Calvenda Protect check, including overall status, area results, observations, recommended next steps and Property Memory updates.
Reports are intended to be published in the secure Calvenda Owner Portal, where current and past reports remain organized in one place.
Property Memory is the structured knowledge built about a property over time, such as recurring observations, seasonal notes and relevant owner preferences.
Scope and Guarantees
No. Cleaning or specialist work may be coordinated where agreed, but Calvenda’s core service is documented property care, checks, reports and issue tracking.
No. Calvenda is not a surveillance, alarm response or security monitoring provider.
No. Structured checks improve visibility and traceability, but cannot guarantee that damage, defects, theft or weather events will not occur.
Not as a standard service. Any exceptional response arrangement would need to be explicitly defined in a custom agreement.
Pricing and Plans
Current working pricing is: Assessment from CHF 690, Watch starting at CHF 249 per month, Protect starting at CHF 590 per month and Signature from CHF 1,200 monthly care fee.
Ongoing plans may use minimum terms because proper onboarding and continuity are part of the service. Pilot conditions may differ.
In most cases, Calvenda begins with an Assessment. Selected pilot situations may use a simplified onboarding process.
Pilot Phase
Calvenda is preparing a first Swiss pilot for selected premium second homes. Availability will depend on region, service scope and operational fit.
Yes. Owners who cannot regularly visit their Swiss second home are one of Calvenda’s core use cases.
