Scope Notice

Services offered under the Calvenda business designation consist of documented property care for premium second homes, based on agreed local visits, visible observations and clear documentation. The specific services, visit frequency, deliverables, response arrangements, pricing and exclusions are defined in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins.

Proof of Care Reports and a private Owner Portal form part of the planned Calvenda service model and will be introduced progressively during the pilot phase. They are included only where expressly stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Calvenda is not a security, alarm-monitoring or surveillance service, an insurance product, a cleaning or repair contractor, a professional building inspection service or an emergency response service. Visits are periodic rather than continuous and do not replace property insurance, alarm systems, professional technical inspections, scheduled maintenance or emergency services.

Observations are limited to conditions that are reasonably visible and accessible at the agreed time of the visit. The service cannot guarantee that every defect, intrusion, loss or weather-related issue will be detected or prevented.

Where external service providers are coordinated, those providers remain responsible for their own work. The exact scope and allocation of responsibilities are agreed in writing with each client.
